At RJS catering we are very aware of our legal obligations and constantly refresh our training using daily due diligence.

All staff are fully trained with specific food hygiene certificates.

We complete regular environmental health visits, which have all gone perfectly with no recommendations.

We have full public liability cover for all events, which we can supply you with a copy if required.
